Returns

Can I return my accessory?

I do accept returns and exchanges, on all pieces that are not custom. I make quality items, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied I do offer a 100% money-back guarantee on my pre-made items. This 100% money-back guarantee includes your original purchase price minus shipping cost if for ANY reason you are unhappy with the product. I must be notified within 7 days of receiving your item in order to initiate the money-back guarantee.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All returned items must be returned in "like new" condition and not having been worn.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days of when I receive the product back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exceptions: Customized veils and veils with custom wording (monograms, dates, and phrases) and gift cards cannot be returned. A $39 exchange fee may apply for exchanges on custom veils.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations and changes of mind are accepted within 2 days of purchase. After this, I have likely already gotten started on your accessory.

Cancellations and refunds on deposits are generally accepted within 2 days of purchase. After this, I have likely already gotten started on your accessory.

Exceptions: If I have purchased custom supplies or fabric for your accessory then the deposit is non-refundable.
