Where is OneBlushingBride.com located?
We are located in Ohio.    Please refer to the UPS Shipping Zone Chart to see how long your package will take to arrive at its destination.

How soon will my order ship out?
The majority of our favors take 1-2 business days to produce.  This does not include the actual shipping days, or days in transit from our warehouse to your shipping destination.

Do I need to order the minimum amount for favors? 
Yes.  If you need to add on to a previous order, we can accomodate those requests.  You will need to call into our office at 1-877-953-2867.

Are any of the favors on your website "returnable"?
You may return any item that is in its original condition and unopened within 15 days of receipt of  your package.  The only items that cannot be returned are: 

-Personalized favors
-Food items

A 20% restocking will apply.  If you need to return your package, please contact us for a RI Number. 

What if something is misspelled?
If we make a mistake on your favors we will replace them with correct ones right away!  But, if the mistake is on your end, then there is little we can do. 

I don't own a credit card.  Do you take checks?
We accept money orders, which can be sent to the address below.  We will also need:

Your name and contact information
Item ordering
Quantity
Any personalization
Any options (color, scent, etc..)
Shipping address

National Events Group, Ltd. owns and operates OneBlushingBride.com.

I don't like to order over the Internet.  Can I call in my order? 
Of course you can! We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! 

Are you going to sell my name and email to other companies?
National Events Group Ltd. will not sell or distribute your information (name, email address, street address, zip code, etc..) to any person or company.  We only use the submitted information for your order.

Which states do you charge sales tax?
Only Ohio residents.
